General Information:

Welcome to all of you visiting this site for the first time. All adults and young people who have made their Confirmation are welcome to join the Adult Choir and Band.

Please take a look at the schedule to the right and come join us at our next rehearsal. New guests must attend Thursday rehearsals and participate in Sunday 9:00 a.m. masses.

As a guest, I will provide you with all the music you need for rehearsals and liturgies. Once you are a member, you will be assigned a member number and a file folder. In this folder, you will find the music that you will need for the month.

The “music menu” is a list of the music to be used for liturgies and is listed through the “Music Menu” tab on this site. Please use this menu to organize your music for rehearsals and liturgies.

Once you are a member, you may choose to keep your own music library or you may return all your music to me so that I can file it. When we use the music again, I’ll make sure to put it in your file folder so that you have it for rehearsal and liturgies.

Please note that all music is the property of Holy Family Parish and needs to be returned if you leave the choir. Thanks!

Anyone can sing at the Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. masses. Cantors sing at the Sunday 7:30 a.m. mass.

If you would like to become a cantor, please see Jeff Poindexter. He will set up a time for you to come in and sing for him.

Call Times for Liturgies:
Call time is 4:40 p.m. for Saturday 5:00 p.m. Mass
Call time is 7:10 a.m. for Sunday 7:30 a.m. Mass
Call time is 8:40 for Sunday 9:00 a.m. Mass
Call time is 10:40 for 11:00 a.m. Mass

It is extremely important for you to arrive on time and be in your seat. If Colin or Jeff are doing the announcements while you’re walking in, please take a seat in the congregation. Moving chairs around while Colin and Jeff are speaking is difficult on them and distracting to the congregation who are trying to listen.

Professional, casual attire is appropriate for liturgies. No worn jeans, t-shirts, shorts or hats are permitted.
